TutorBEE is a mobile private tuition provider in Bristol, offering 1-1 individualised Maths & English learning programmes for children aged 5 - 16 years. We aim to give our students the resources they need to enjoy learning and thrive academically.
Our tutors support their students through work that is set at an appropriate level for them, keeping them engaged through the use of worksheets, videos, and games. We encourage students to work out answers by themselves, helping them to build confidence and become successful learners of the future. By having weekly sessions, our students gradually increase their ability, confidence, and knowledge in small, manageable steps.
What we do 📚
Our Learning Programmes 🧠
We create bespoke continuing education programmes in Maths and English which address the needs of our students. We work on each topic per week or can adjust sessions to focus on homework or recent school topics.
We like to add a single ‘general knowledge’ session to our programmes. This includes understanding and managing money, wages, and taxes. These sessions are role play in which the children get a fake wage and learn how to organise and spend wisely. We believe that these skills are important to add to our programme and are unique to us.
